How do I cancel an order on svasthcare.com?
If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please inform our Customer care within 24 hours of placing an order so that we can quickly cancel it and initiate a full refund.
Refunds will be initiated within 2 working days from the date of cancellation of order or after successful QC of returned product.
You can initiate the Return within 7 days of receiving your package.
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at +91-9030906060(11am to 7pm) or email us at [email protected] mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a Brand-new Replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
Apart from this, if you wish to Return the product or get a Replacement, you can do so within 7 days of receiving the product. Please call our customer care at +91-9030906060(11am to 7pm) or email us at [email protected] mentioning your Order ID and we will initiate the Refund or Replacement.
Pick up of order items within 24-48 working hrs. No pickup on Sundays or Public holidays. Please repack the items in package received.
Your Return package will be delivered to us within 5-7 days. The Items are then checked by our QC team and the refund is initiated within 2 working days.
